Main purpose of job

To maximize SME revenue from CMOs in CIS region, from physical distribution and TV channels. To maximize SME revenue from non-standard sources of income, to search such sources and to close new deals. To provide full account management to corresponding partners including but not limited to all-needed back office workflow, content-delivering, reporting, catalogue updating and paper flow. To minimize overdue receivables from corresponding partners.

Main responsibilities including but not limited to

  • Develop and maintain relationships with current partners (CMOs in CIS region, TV channels, physical distributor, non-standard deals), full account management for such partners
  • Search and sign new partners (CMOs in CIS region, TV channels, non-standard deals)
  • Closely work with Head of Sales & Bus Dev on revenue forecasting
  • Ensure that all CMOs in CIS supplied with updated SME catalogue (includes all paper flow)
  • Ensure that all TV channels and non-standard partners supplied with needed SME content (includes all paper flow)
  • Closely cooperate with physical distributor and royalty manger to develop SME Cyrillic and vinyl catalogue
  • Request from physical distributor forecast numbers, input such numbers in GRPS/SAMIS
  • Ensure that physical distributor has the latest marketing info regarding upcoming releases
  • Ensure all needed documents from corresponding partners issued/signed on time
  • Ensure all reports from corresponding partners meet SME requirements and received on time
  • Ensure all reports converted into SAP/EROS/SAMIS required format and loaded into these systems
  • Close communication with financial department regarding posting dates & amounts
  • Track all receivables from corresponding partners, minimize overdue receivables

 

Skills/Experience

  • English and Russian languages
  • Strong time-management skills
  • A lawyer’s attention-to-detail in documents and negotiations is a must
  • Experience in a document flow
  • Experience in Excel/Word/PowerPoint
  • 2-3 years negotiating commercial agreements in either a sales, business development or legal role
  • Past experience in music business
